Refund Policy

The 82North, LLC Refund Policy is for your ease of mind and confidence in our service.

If, for ANY reason, you wish a refund, please call 1.302.655.6531 OR 1.800.979.0082, or email us at refund@82north.com

We need the date of your transaction and the amount, and the credit card number and expiration date (this sensitive data is not kept once your transaction is complete).  We also would like to know the reason for the refund so we may pass that along to the client for whom you made the transaction.

82North offers both full and partial refunds which are handled as soon as we are notified and are provided with the appropriate information.

For payments/donations to another Organization through 82North, that Organization determines the refund.  Please contact that organization and ask that they send 82North an email with authorization.
